This specification covers the requirements for nonslip deck covering compounds for aluminum alloy landing mats. The compounds are suitable for use under Air Pollution Regulations.
Deck covering compound shall be of the following types as specified (see 6.2):
Type I - 24 hours air-dry or 1 hour bake-dry.
Type II - 6 hours air-dry.
