NASA employees holding certain positions are required by law to disclose certain aspects of their personal financial status. This NPG provides guidance on the standards to be use in, and specifies responsibilities and procedures for, determining which positions are subject to the financial disclosure requirements. In addition, this NPG provides guidance on the financial disclosure requirement as applied to Special Government Employees (SGE's) serving on NASA Advisory Committees.

This NPG is applicable to NASA Headquarters and NASA Centers, including Component Facilities.
