The purpose of this NPG is to implement the policy set forth in NPD 1371.1E, and to ensure that NASA complies with the requirements of the U.S. Information Agency (USIA) and U.S. Attorney General for obtaining waivers of the residence abroad requirement.
APPLICABILITY
This NPG is applicable to NASA Headquarters and NASA Centers, including Component Facilities.
