APPLICABILITY
This NPD applies to NASA Headquarters and Centers, including Component Facilities.
Nothing in this NPD shall be construed as limiting the Inspector General's responsibility or duty under section 4(a)(2) of the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended, 5 U.S.C. App., to review existing or proposed legislation relating to NASA programs or operations.
