This standard specifies requirements for infection preventive actions in the perioperative course and includes: - preoperative preparation of patients before operation; - the microbial cleaness of the air in the operation room; - pressure conditions in the operation room; - behaviour of the personnel; - working clothes and barrier clothes; - bandage; - antibiotic prophylaxis.
