DS 2393-2 applies to cables with insulation and sheath based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC), of rated voltages Uo/U up to and including 450/750 V, used in power installations of nominal voltage not exceeding 450/750 V a.c. This standard specifies the methods of carrying out the tests specified in DS 2393-1, General requirements.
