This specification applies to moulded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheet of minimum thickness 2.4 mm for mechanical, electrical and chemical applications. It does not apply to skived tape.
NOTE: For applications requiring sheet of thickness less than 2.4 mm it is recommended that skived tape be used.
