Document Scope

The purpose of this document is to define the packet data interfaces, protocols and procedures required to support the optional packet services. The packet data interfaces are shown in Figure 1.1. These interfaces are used to support the mobile-to-fixed host and mobile-to-mobile data services defined in section 2.
